Links to 2 videos i found of A310 taking off and Landing at LBA. First one good quality.

1. Captain/FO mentions 'unable to maintain 250kts below 10,000'... must be heavy?

2. As mentioned in the comments below, keep your ears open for the seat belts being unfastened as the plane slows down.
Coming into land over the Yorshire moors/dales.
