Apparently that guy made funny movement in front of the camera for few seconds probably to tease movie maker or just for the sake of fun. Nothing wrong in having some brief jolly moments with colleagues during work in my opinion.

Btw, good to see female personnel at PIA Engineering.

Yes I guess having some fun whilst on duty isnt a bad thing.
