Splitting Engineering & Maintenance

Has anybody heard of PK being in process of giving away Isphahani Hangar & some maintenance facilities to BE Aerospace by March? BE was & is represented via Ex DMD Ops/Niaz Hussain, if I remember correctly. If so, this is another program initiated by Ahmad Saeed & Niaz Hussain Co, being more than facilitated by Kirmani management.
