PIA Delays......

Hi guys.
3 Years ago, i went to Pakistan(MAN-ISB) on PIA. It was scheduled to depart at 19:00. But it took of at 01:00am(6 hours late)
My aunty was flying on the 13th Jan(MAN-ISB) expected to depart at 15:25. We got to check-in at 12:15 pm and it said "Delayed till 23:40"
WAIT ANOTHER 11 HOURS AT AN AIRPORT!!!!!!!!!!
I love airports but 11 Hours!!!!!

We went back to Sheffield and then came back.

It was really tiring........................

Any one else experienced delays???

Well mine wasnt delays but this was an experience to remember for me lol

when Ahmad Saeed was in charge of PIA they was a strike for pilots going on. and me, my dad and mum were flying fom LHE to MAN and all was well and pilot addressed us then after about an hour or so no take-off no nothing and then we hear that the pilot left the aircraft. so as it was really HOT we went outside on tarmac walking and wondering whats going on??? it was about 8 hours delay until another pilot came and flew the aircraft back

that was quite funny when i look back at that but not at the time

yeh as the payment strike.

And I suppose the substitute pilot was happy with salary he was getting
