PK 213 is operated by L1011 and yesterday PK208 was delayed due technical good leasing

Registration: CS-TMP. It is 23 years old from Luzair. Believe its APU is inop. This is the only aircraft Luzair has in operation!! So, if it grounds there is no backup per lease agreement!!
Don't recall seeing Tristar in PIA wet lease tender ads!!

Zamzam is on lease to Askari Aviation and it is carrying Pak. army troops for UN charter

LuZair is a portuguese airline!
They have another L1011 CS-TMR but it is grounded at Amesterdam after a engine fire! Soon CS-TMR will arrive at Portugal!
CS-TMP is one of the last 4 L1011 registered in Europe (the others are CS-TMR, CS-TEB and CS-TMX: all portuguese)! The other european L1011 re those from English Air Force!

Is CS-TMP on long-term or short-term lease to PIA? Also, does anyone know the registration of Tri-Star named 'Zamzam'?

It was not an engine fire. It was a compressor stall which is a completely different thing. Nothing burned in the engine.

Zamzam is registered EX056 I saw it parked in Lahore today. any info about AirBlue A320 parked at Lahore with both engines removed for more than one month why is it not flying. :?:

Dont airblue keep one of their aircraft for spare parts, hence, why the engines are removed?

Saw the Tri Star fly overhead last night.

Any idea why PIA taken this aircraft on lease.? Hajj?
