Retireing B747 Captains

PIA is in the process of giving retiring B747 captains the option to continue up to the age of 62. This has been approved by CAA and is now awaiting approval from the Ministry of Defense.

Does this mean that PIA might retain some 747s for an extra couple of years???

I think the Indians are already using their pilots till 62.

India has gone up to 65.
