Bussiness + tickets from JFK-ISB increase to ~$3100 ???

Is this a rumor of will it actually happen? $3100 is way to high for PIA Bussiness + Plus. What do you think?

I just checked the PK website and right now, the fare is listed as

217410PKR which is around 3,600USD

Right know it is about $2300 -$2480 depending on the travel agent.

that is a lot. I remember they used to be around $2200. i guess prices are going up.

Ticket prices for Karachi to Chicago are courrently Rs. 66,000 for Econ plus, and about Rs. 61,000 for Econ. Thats pretty cheap.
