PIA’s second Boeing 777-240LR (registration AP-BGZ) on its delivery flight will fly non-stop from New York to Pakistan on March 23, 2006. The aircraft will operate flight PK-7744 from New York-JFK Airport to Karachi via Islamabad.

Yea there is talk of buying 2 more LR's. I think eventually all the north American flights will by-pass MAN. Last "rumour" I heard was that PK was in discussions for a mix of leased/purchased fleet of a further 6 more frames.
