LAHORE: Shaheen Air International (SAI) has acquired the third plane to complete its fleet to meet the minimum aircraft requirements by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). The airline had been served a notice by the CAA to complete its fleet by November 30. Allama Iqbal International Airport Director Nusratullah Khan said they had not stopped the operation of any airline.
But, he said, the CAA had served a notice on Shaheen Air to complete its fleet of aircraft to meet the minimum aviation standards. "I have come to know that Shaheen Airline has acquired the third aircraft which is currently at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi," he said.
