Government of Balochistan, Services and General Administration Department (S&GAD) invites applications from companies for spare parts, ground support equipment (GSE) and consumable for Mi-171E helicopter from authorized distributors/suppliers/manufacturers.
Experienced and well-reputed companies desirous of participating in providing of goods are invited to send their application.
Eligibility points for bidders include:
- International Organization for Standardization (ISO), European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsia) certification.
- Trade link with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)/Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul (MRO) for verification.
- Must provide an official certificate that is not blacklisted in government organization directly or indirectly.
- Helicopter overhaul formalities will be initiated by the company on completion of eight years of service life of the helicopter.
- Overhaul will be conducted at a Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) approved organization in the 9th year of services of helicopter.
- All participants must provide a confirmatory letter declaring the spare part is being supplied is genuine and approved by OEM Joint Stock Company (JSC) Russian Helicopters or Mil Design Bureau Russia in case the part is manufactures by other than the OEM. Such letter must be endorsed by OEM & Russian Helicopters.
- All spare parts, GSE and oil/lubricants to be delivered in Quetta.
