• PIA suffering loss of three billion rupees per month.
• Out of thirty-two aircraft only six earning profit for the airline.
• PIA overstaffed with 18,000 employees.
• Seven routes causing loss of 700 million rupees.
• Ten PIA properties lying useless since past several years.
• Nine aircraft were sitting useless for nine months.
• Seven Air Commodores given task to revive PIA.
