Qualification
Bachelor of Science
Experience
Must hold a valid ATPL
Minimum 5000 hours of flying experience, including 4000 as pilot-in-command.
At least 20 years of professional experience in the field of aviation including flight instructor, pilot and senior management positions, for at least five years.
Proven successful senior management experience in the aviation industry, at least ten years including staff management (achievement obtained to be specified)
Experience of working relationship with industry stakeholders and international aviation organizations.
Proven experience of development and successful implementation of documented management system in an aviation organization.
Knowledge
Should have broad knowledge of air transport operations, technical & flight simulator training, meteorology and climatology & auditing techniques.
Experience of carrying out statistical analysis of aviation activities and monitoring of airlines' reliability program.
Extensive knowledge of civil aviation rules, ANOs, ICAO SARPs and other applicable regulations.
Well versed in IT & MS Office applications.
Knowledge of State Safety Program (SSP) & Safety Management System.

At least 20 years of professional experience in the field of aviation and should have held appointments either in operational managements, as an airline pilot, designated examiner or training instructor or as a military pilot where equivalent experience in air operations would have been acquired.
Experience of working relationship with industry stakeholders and international aviation organizations.
Experience of carrying out statistical analysis of aviation activities and monitoring of airlines reliability program.
Knowledge
