PIA Cabin Crew to Perform Passengers Head Count

PIA management has directed cabin crew to perform head count of all passengers including children and infants aboard the aircrat once all passengers occupy their seats.

The head count of all passengers by PIA cabin crew will be performed on all flights of airline starting from September 28, 2018.

Aircraft lavatories also will be searched before takeoff to prevent any stowaway/miscreant from hiding there.

The list of passengers counted by cabin crew will be handed over to cockpit crew for cross checking with information given in the Load and Trim Sheet.

The procedure will also prevent passenger of a different sector from travelling on the aircraft performing a different sector flight.
