Invitation to Bid
Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) invites sealed bids from interested parties for the dry lease of up to two (02) wide body aircraft as per following details:
Wide Body Aircraft
Number of Aircraft: Up to two (02)
Seating Configuration: 250 plus seats in two class (around 20 seats in Business Class)
Delivery Schedule: Not later than January 2020
Vintage: Preferably less than five years old*
Lease Period: 6 years
In-flight Entertainment System: In-seat monitors with full Audio Video On Demand (AVOD) system.
Wi-Fi Availability: In both Economy and Business Class
Business Class: Flat bed seats
*In case the desired numbers of economically viable aircraft meeting the five years age requirement are not available, only then older aircraft meeting age requirement of National Aviation Policy 2015 and fulfilling the rest of above criteria will be considered.
Bids received will be opened on July 30, 2018.

* In case the desired numbers of economically viable aircraft meeting the 5 years age requirement are not available, only then older aircraft meeting age requirements of National Aviation Policy 2015 will be considered, if they are offered with the following:
− New / Modern Seats
− In-seat IFE in both Business and Economy Class with AVOD
− Refurbished Cabin
