Will CAA able to hold them from daily A380 frequency :-k
Speaking to Khaleej Times on the historic one-off flight to Islamabad on Sunday morning, Sheikh Majid Al Mualla, Divisional Senior Vice-President of Commercial Operations Centre at Emirates, said that the flight was just the beginning in a new chapter for the airline in Pakistan. "We are still in talks with the government and the authorities to extend the one-off flight into a dedicated daily A380 flight," he said. "There has been a lot of progress, and we expect the positive news to come any day now."

According to news sources, for the time being Emirates has been allowed to operate Airbus A380 once a week flight for Islamabad for the next two months.

By the end of August or the start of September, Pakistan CAA will decide after holding consultations on request made by Emirates for four weekly A380 flights for Islamabad.

The caretaker government has opted not to give decision on allowing or not allowing once-a-week Airbus A380 flight between Dubai and Islamabad by Emirates.

The decision is now expected to be made by the new government that's going to assume power this month.

Initially, Emirates had sought approval for operating four weekly flights for Islamabad with A380.

EK seems to have cancelled plans to launch A380 commercial services to ISB.

All future flights for EK-615 are showing B777 as equipment, even after November.

That could be the only possibility. Otherwise, after investing in an airport to have three-arm boarding bridges and runway capable of handling, why wouldn't you want A380 landing there.
