The Scope of Work:

The possible areas where the services of co-sourcing Internal Audit partner may require are as follows:

a) Assisting in planning and conducting of information system audits / reviews
b) Assisting in development of risk based audit programs on selective basis
c) Assisting in individual engagements planning on selective basis
d) Providing necessary resources in the conduct of operational and financial audits
e) Quality review of draft and final reports on selective basis
f) Assisting in standardizing audit documentation
g) Providing guidance for better management of in-house resources.
h) Assisting in Compliance process
i) Review of internal audit manual
j) Developing next three years risk based internal audit plan
k) Provision of resources on need rational i.e Qualified, finalist, trainees and CISA qualified.

In addition, it is expected that the co-sourcing IA partner will introduce internal audit best practices and identify quantifiable value creating opportunities to contribute to the success of the department.

The successful firm will commence the work within two weeks after being notified of its selection. Chief Internal Auditor will oversee the work performed by the co-sourcing Internal Audit partner.
