Qualifications & Experience:
The ideal candidate, reporting to Chief Corporate Development Officer, should be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with demonstrable experience of more than 15+ years of working in Finance and Accounts in reputable organizations. Candidates having MBA in Banking & Finance from leading national / international business school will be preferred.
Should be a member of respective domestic or foreign professional body.
Demonstrable track record of progressive responsibility and leadership in the fields of Financial Strategy Formulation, Execution and Financial Modeling.
Experience in senior financial management position in commercial organization / public sector organization.
Practical experience of handling management, financial and legal issues of public / private.
Track record of developing executive reports and presentations.

Deliverables:
To conduct detailed financial analysis of each fleet planning alternative as the part of iterative process for choosing the fleet.
Contribute to the overall fleet planning process by testing the feasibility of alternate fleet.
Preparation of techno-economic studies for fleet optimization decisions.
To undertake appraisal of projects pertaining to acquisition of aircraft for their contribution towards future profitability of the airline
To undertake feasibility studies for fleet replacement and other related capital investments.
Develop an in-house computer based financial modeling system to improve the existing system.
