Religious Ministry to issue Hajj flight schedule after Eid

ISLAMABAD:
The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony will issue hajj flight schedule for intending pilgrims of the government scheme after Eid-ul-Fitr.

Additional Secretary Aftab Ahmed has inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with four airlines including the Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), AirBlue, Shaheen Air and the Saudi Airlines for bringing the government scheme pilgrims to Saudi Arabia for performing Hajj.

The finalisation of the Hajj flight schedule is being expedited after inking the agreement with four airlines. BTW, it seems two of Shaheen Airbus A330-200 i.e. aircraft registrations AP-BMJ and AP-BMK are still in Turkey where apparently they had gone for maintenance checks.
