Dear Members,
PIA Official website with slightly new Interface is on run but one of the option in "MY BOOKING" Seat Pre-allocation Option is not longer available.
It was one the best option for Passengers to Pre-allocate their seats before boarding. PIA Officials must resume this option on Official Website.
Further comments / suggestions are welcome regarding this post.

In many airlines even before making a booking one can see which seats are available.
United is a good example.

I contacted PIA as I have 2 reservations with them & wanted to pre-allocate.
They said it’s just a temporary problem as they are having issues with the website.
I don’t think it’s a permanent removal.

Temporary...HA HA a real goof up!
If temporary how long does it take to rectify this feature?
Must be deliberate upgrade feature.

I was told it is due to an issue with their website. However they were able to assign seats over the phone for me.

Well it’s been almost 6 months and still not working. As someone said before we seem to be going backwards than forward

Seat allocation is not yet activated, few months back I have posted a complaint about it and they replied that the issue will be resolve soon. Now we can imagine the responsiveness of IT staff of PIA
