Today, National Assembly's Standing Committee on Cabinet Secretariat meeting chaired by its Chairman Rana Muhammad Hayat Khan was held at PIA Head Office in Karachi.
The committee took notice of leased Airbus A320 aircraft performing PIA flights on routes that were not part of lease agreement. The committee ordered Investigation of the matter by National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and sought action against airline's employees involved in embezzlement and corruption.
