PIA Introduces Executive Economy Class

Karachi, December 18, 2017: PIA, for the convenience of its Umrah passengers, has introduced Executive Economy Class, for Jeddah and Medinah flights to/from Pakistan.

PIA passengers traveling for Umrah can now avail the facility of Executive Economy Class where they will be served Business Class cuisine and will have an added advantage of 5 kgs excess allowable baggage free of cost.

Keeping in view the demand, PIA has placed extra Umrah flights for the next two weeks; with four extra flights from Karachi, three from Islamabad, two from Lahore and one from Multan. These extra flights are in addition to the airline's existing scheduled flights for Jeddah and Madinah on which the airline is now operating bigger capacity aircraft to meet the demand.

The old Business Class is now being sold as the Executive Economy Class - if you look at the website, there are no business class seats available to buy on routes such as Manchester.

PIAs Business class was never the Business class you get on other airlines (I hate to mention the ME3) anyway
