According to City42 News, pilot of a PIA aircraft reported removal of passenger meals/food items from the aircraft by ground staff at Lahore Airport after it arrived as flight PK-306 from Karachi few days ago. The ground staff began removing meals/food items from the aircraft soon after its door was opened after arrival in Lahore.
The airline is trying to determine people involved in it and has increased monitoring of ground staff at Lahore Airport.
