Large Quantity of Expired Chemicals/Sanitizers Found at PIA Flight Kitchen in Karachi

According to DAWN News channel, thousands of bottles/cans/cartons of expired chemicals/sanitizers have been found at PIA Flight Kitchen in Karachi. The chemicals/sanitizers were used for cleaning hands, utensils and floor.

Large number of expired sanitzer bottles were purchased by the airline on September 29.

PIA is not using expired chemicals, according to statement of airline's spokesperson on the news channel.

How innocent they become once they get caught. Corruption in procurement is eating PIA away.

While stock of expired chemicals is lying in Karachi Flight Kitchen, news is also floating of PIA Lahore inability to settle critical operational payments. This is height of criminal negligency.
PIA has become bottomless pit, where no level of Government support would restore its financial viability.
