PIA parting ways from Sabre reservation system (PSS)

Just get to know that PIA is getting away from Sabre reservation system. New System will be the reservation system built by Turkish Airline and they are offering it for half of the existing price.

These systems are subscription based system and for each PNR Sabre charge around 45 cents and for each boarding pass Sabre charge around a dollar, which in my opinion is pretty high. Good decision by management in my Opinion.

Sabre also have history to retaliate and to put political pressure to keep the system running. Let see how it goes this time.
