According to information on The Aviation Herald, cabin pressurization problem was experienced by PIA Airbus A320 (AP-BLV) Islamabad to Karachi flight PK-369 on October 18.
The incident has been rated as serious by Pakistan's Safety Investigation Board (SIB).

Cause of the Occurrence
Cabin Pressure Controller No 2 (CPC #2) failed to regulate the cabin pressure at the desired value and failed to automatically switch over the system to CPC #1. However, Cockpit Crew’s delayed recognition of the situation as well as wrong actions aggravated the situation till automatic dropping of Oxygen masks (as designed).
