According to news sources, departure of airblue flight PA-870 from Multan to Jeddah suffered delay of more than ten hours due to burst tyre of the aircraft.
airblue Airbus A321-211 registration AP-BMW departed from Multan at 3:24 PM as flight PA-870 to Jeddah. The flight's scheduled departure time was 4:40 AM.
Earlier, AP-BMW had arrived in Multan at 12:29 AM as flight PA-813 from Sharjah. Maybe the A321 burst tyre(s) during landing at Multan Airport and got grounded till the arrival of replacement tyre(s) by air or by road.
