PK785 crew stopped by Customs at London Heathrow
According to Samaa News the crew of PK758 due to depart tonight at 2020 hours from London Heathrow for Lahore was stopped by Customs and taken for questioning. The departure of the flight is thus delayed and I checked Heathrow departures website at 2225 pm and status simply says " Boarding Gate 31".
PIA always remains in the news for the wrong reasons. It is embarrassing and I think the airline is beyond redemption.

Yes, Dunya News channel reporting recovery of narcotics from PIA flight PK-785 that arrived at London-Heathrow Airport from Islamabad on May 15.
Crew members have been advised not to leave hotel.
Passports of crew members are with London Police.
Crew members will be questioned by police again today.
Some of PIA crew members are involved in smuggling of narcotics.
The crew was scheduled to return to Pakistan from London on May 17.
Narcotics were concealed in aircraft lavatories.
On May 15, PIA Boeing 777-240ER registration AP-BGK performed flight PK-785 from Islamabad to London-Heathrow and apparently this incident delayed the departure of aircraft from London-Heathrow as flight PK-758 to Lahore. PK-758 departed from London-Heathrow at 11:55 PM with a delay of more than three hours. PK-758 was scheduled to depart at 8:20 PM.

Re: PK785 crew stopped by Customs at London Heathrow
According to Geo News, PIA crew has demanded action against originators of wrong information that disgraced the airline.
Does it mean wrong information was given to British authorities and nothing was found during aircraft's search at London-Heathrow?
