I am sure if you sell a ISB-KHI ticket for 6k on an ATR compared to 10k on an A320/777, 80 to 90% would opt for ATR flight.

What about flying time? A cheaper ATR KHI-ISB flight is bound to take around 3.5hrs...

45 year legacy of PIA with fokker, no wonder ppl wont forget it. But due negative publicity after december crash they will know ATR now.raihans wrote: βMon May 01, 2017 1:32 pmagree and majority of those passengers will say it was a fokker aircraftfaisal-777 wrote: βMon May 01, 2017 1:22 pmI would say on an average flight in Pakistan, only 10-20% of passengers have awareness and appreciation of aircraft type and any comfort it provides. Well Sir. Abbas reported that they had given an advertisement for crew of an atr 72, so new hiring, anyways i hope that they take ownership of the planes and merge with shaheen or airblue as their low cost operater that would be a first in Pakistan double first (merger & low cost airline)

Re: Air Indus comeback?
Anyone has an update on what happened to the supposed arrival of atr 72 by the end of April? What happened? And reportedly they have a 737-300 stored as well to restart operations in time for hajj flights? Too late for all that I suppose?
