PIA to Offer Free Tickets to a Third Country to Airline's Passengers Travelling from UK to Pakistan

According to Channel 92, PIA will offer free tickets to destinations in 19 countries to airline's passengers travelling from UK to Pakistan.

Free tickets will be offered to destinations in countries including Turkey, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia and UAE.

Can someone explain this please?
Does this mean if you buy a ticket from UK to Pak, you'll get another free ticket? Does this mean everyone or is there a lucky draw type thing?
And btw, does this apply to return tickets or only tickets originating in UK?

I have seen on the PIA FB Page that PIA is launching (or already launched) a "Buy 1 Get 1 Free* Ticket" Promotion for Flights from UK to Pakistan.
*Only Taxes has to be paid for the respected free Ticket.
In Addition they are offering 45KG instead of 40KG in Eco and 55 instead of 50KG in Business as Baggage Allowance.
