It's great to have a young fleet, less maintenance and issues hopefully and more hours flying.
More flying more revenue. It's also a great factor of having only 1 type(same manufacturer) so pilots are not switching between different manufacturers.
Standardization is good. Probably they're also cheaper than boeing aircrafts.
Not sure why PIA is alwys fixated on boeings

As I figure, it's only a marketing point for the airline. Most passengers aren't even interested in such details as aircraft type, fleet age etc.
