Aviation Flight - Rotary Wing (RW)

Applications are invited for recruitment against one post of pilot in Aviation Flight (RW), Old Terminal, Lahore Airport, Government of Punjab, S&GAD, for Mi-17 helicopter on contract basis initially for a period of three years. The required qualification/criteria of the post is as under:
Criteria
a) Minimum flying experience: 1500 hours including minimum of 500 flying hours on Mi-17 helicopter.
b) Should have qualified Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) written examination
c) Valid Class I medical certificate from Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) Pakistan authorized medical center.
d) Instrument Rating (IR) qualified pilots will be preferred.
e) Short-listed candidates will be required to appear in type technical / aviation related written examination.
f) The qualifying candidates in the exam as mentioned above at 'e' will appear before recruitment committee for interview.
g) The candidates finalized by the recruitment committee will be required to appear in a flight check mission to determine the proficiency and merit.
h) Pay & allowance: equal to BS-19 along with the allowance at par with the pilot of Aviation Flight Rotary Wing (RW), Government of Punjab, S&GAD, like flying allowance, additional flying allowance, house rent etc.
i) Maximum age limit 50 years. Relaxation in upper age limit will be considered in case of candidate having rich experience on Mi-17 helicopter.
General Conditions
i) Incomplete applications or applications received after due date will not be considered.
ii) Only the shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
iii) Final selection will be made subject to security clearance from the concerned agencies.
iv) Decision of the competent authority will be final.
v) Government / semi government servants should apply through proper channel. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the present department / office is necessary.
vi) No Travelling Allowance / Daily Allowance (TA/DA) will be admissible.
