One of the news channels just showed a ticker regarding the weak eye sight of the PIC who is a 61 year old guy. He was hired again on contract after he got retired an year ago.

WOW this shows the level of professionalism in our media. I am pretty sure while PIA is not in a good state, it has been made to look far worse than actual by this high amount of unprofessional-ism.

Maybe Canadian authorities during general medical check up/fitness test of the pilot found something wrong with his eye sight even if it's not directly related to the incident?
