According to news report on following link, two PIA ATR aircraft collided at Karachi Airport. The collision happened when one of the aircraft was being towed away from wash bay and the other one was towed towards the wash bay.
One aircraft suffered minor damage and is being inspected by airline's engineering personnel. The other aircraft is okay.
No one injured in the incident.

Were they washing the planes in the dark that they could not see such a large plane, ATR is not a small plane.

Actually a PIA Airbus A320 and an ATR were involved in the incident, according to a press release on airline's website.

Karachi; November 19, 2016 Reference media reports regarding an incident involving two PIA aircraft at Karachi airport, Spokesman PIA has clarified that an ATR and an A-320 aircraft touched each other while being towed at the washing bay of Karachi airport this evening. Due to this a winglet of A-320 was slightly bruised and was immediately fixed.
The situation is completely under control, there is no damage to either of the aircraft and there would be no repercussion on PIA's flight schedule. An inquiry has been ordered to find out how the two aircraft could come so close to each other.
