Won't this lead to another sit-in?

Lets assume, Pilots have an Retirement of 63 in PIA, A/E have 60, what i have heard is over 57 would get early retirement with all the Benefits of a Employee retiring at the age of 60...
Now would this be applicable to only Ground Staff, CC, Daily Wage Staff or Flight Deck Crew, A/Es would be included too...

Why is it being considered to fire fake degree holders?
They should fire right away.
And 11,000 is a big number which surely will result in sit in. What they should do is a hiring freeze, outsourcing some of its work and Conservative lay offs. Like hey we will fire 500 employees this month. Then announce another 500 after.
And do so like small group of people in each branch or city. This way they cannot make big groups for protest. It's good to fire 10 from 20 cities than 200 from one city.

First thing they could do is to show door to fake degrees holder. This is the easiest thing they can do.
