Ill keep the response short.

787s pointless as replacements for 320s on any routes as I already explained its better to increase frequency than to introduce a larger aircraft and keep same frequency. However using this logic a 787 is an ideal replacement for 777 on routes such as europe and USA that PIA serves on a bi/tri weekly frequncy which should be upgraded to atleast daily with the smaller 787.

743's dont break down much. In fact when Haj was conducted with its own fleet a backup 747 was maintained at readiness in JEDDAH in case of such an event (great thinking what) however it was not used on a single occasion. IF maintained properly they are less susceptible to maintenance issues than 777s which are routinely flying on MEL without crucial systems as they are too expensive to replace.

When you see a full cabin on an aircraft it is meaningless as you have no idea how many of those passengers are revenue and how many are staff travelling. The cabin couldve been empty and all staff were accepted on the flight to fill the cabin, so please dont automatically assume PIA is full or making money because you see passengers within. I have been on flights where there have been MORE Staff travelers than revenue travelers. So your assumptions are creating flaws in your data/stats.

With over 2 BILLION DOLLARS in debt, any/all revenue PIA generates is not enough to service its own debt. And thats the bottom line.
