According to the spokesperson the A320 developed an issue and returned to ISB and veered off the runway after landing
According to FR24 The Aircraft supposed to be flying this route is AP-BLA

Yes, that was I think flying from Quetta to ISB. I was just checking the flightradar24 and that was to be quetta to isb but diverted to lahore. Forgot to screenshot

The A320 departed from Islamabad at 12:49 PM and returned to Islamabad at 1:33 PM.

AP-BLA on unpaved grassy surface after veering off the runway. The A320 experienced hydraulics problem, according to news sources.

PK 451 first pushed back for its departure around 9 am but returned back from runway due hydraullic malfunction. Engineering cleared it around 12 but then midway it again developed some problem with its hydraullics. Upon touchdown the pilots failed to bring the aircraft to a stop due brakes failure.
Now all the flights from and to Islamabad are delayed till 9 pm and the latest notam also says that runway 30/12 are closed till 9 pm.
Lets hope that they clear the runway soon.

Finally the runway has been cleared and AP-BLA has successfully been towed to parking stand.

According to news sources:

The aircraft was removed from the incident site after efforts of nearly eight hours. At least two tow bars got broken in aircraft removal operation.

Around 17 flights were delayed or diverted due to this incident.

Pakistan International airlines aircraft veered off the runway at Islamabad Airport.

As it was climbing out of Islamabad's runway 30 the crew stopped the climb at FL150 reporting a hydraulic failure and decided to return to Islamabad.
The aircraft entered a hold while the crew worked the checklists and burned fuel, the aircraft subsequently positioned for a landing on runway 30, touched down safely at 13:35L but veered right off the runway and came to a stop with all gear on soft ground.
There were no injuries, the aircraft however received foreign object damage to one of the engines (CFM56).

I think a team from Airbus is due to come and do a structural inspection and evaluation on the plane which is why its still there. The recovery team did their job now they wait for the Airbus team to come and check it out.

Yes Abbas, I saw AP-BLA parked at BBIA on Thursday as well with one of its engine partially removed, one engine and the other was covered by plastic sheet.
