PIA Takes Notice of Kuala Lumpur-Lahore Flight Meal Complaint by Passenger

Lahore; July 11, 2016 - PIA management has taken serious note of the complaint of a passenger regarding food served to him during Kuala Lumpur-Lahore flight today and is taking up the matter with the Malaysian vendor who had provided the meals.

PIA regrets this and apologizes to the passenger who was inconvenienced due to this issue.

Insect was found in dessert by the passenger on seat number 25C of PIA Kuala Lumpur to Lahore flight PK-899 performed today by airline's Airbus A310-325ET registration AP-BGR.

PIA crew served food to passengers of the flight en route to Lahore from Kuala Lumpur. During the flight, one of the passengers lodged a complaint with the crew that there were worms in the food served to him. Other passengers sitting nearby also refused to eat their food and protested against the national flag carrier.
