What is the reason that flight frequencies fluctuate for Lahore airport

I am noticing that Thai Airways, Malindo Air and Turkish airlines are not flying the regular frequencies out of Lahore. Thai and Turkish has also reduced frequencies for Islamabad and Karachi.
Air traffic should show increasing numbers of passengers due to huge market and population of lahore. It is really not a representable situation when the frequencies gets unstable all the time.
Does anyone knows the reason?
