Qatar Airways Flight Suffers Bird Hit During Landing at Lahore

According to news sources, Qatar Airways flight QR-628 from Doha to Lahore suffered bird hit during landing at Lahore Airport. An engine of the aircraft is damaged by the bird hit.

Today, Qatar Airways Airbus A330-302 registration A7-AED performed flight QR-628. The A330 landed at Lahore at 8:03 AM as flight QR-628 and apparently has not returned to the skies so far.

According to information on Lahore Airport website:

Flight QR-629 from Lahore to Doha expected to depart at 3:40 AM on May 11.

Flight's scheduled departure time was 9:45 AM on May 10.

Vision Air Boeing 737-200 also suffered bird hit last night and still parked at Lahore.
