PIA Increases Pilots' Salaries

According to Aaj News channel, under a working agreement with Pakistan Air Line Pilots' Association (PALPA), PIA has increased pilots' salary effective from April 1, 2016.

Captains
Boeing 777 Captain salary increased by PKR 150,000/- per month.
Airbus A310 Captain salary increased by PKR 130,151/- per month.
Airbus A320 Captain salary increased by PKR 130,151/- per month.
ATR Captain salary increased by PKR 107,500/- per month.

First Officers
Boeing 777 First Officer salary increased by PKR 100,113/- per month.
Airbus A310 First Officer salary increased by PKR 66,713/- per month.
Airbus A320 First Officer salary increased by PKR 66,713/- per month.
ATR First Officer salary increased by PKR 51,430/- per month.

so this is the increment the air crew will get, all F/Os increment is almost 50% of Captain's increment for respective aircraft though Boeing 777 F/O has 66% of Captain's increment, possibly due to long haul flights.

any idea about total salary per month for each crew after this increment?

with restructure of organization, they should bring the salaries of whole PIA employees to international standards so that experienced employees should not look outside for better perks

With that 'least' increase do you know International Slip Allowance, Excess Duty Allowance, Denied rest allowance, Club class travel for pilots, all these things are coming to an end for pilots. Still mind this increase? Do your math and you'll know that on the whole it's a loss for the junior lot.

I don't mind the pay raise they can rip off as much as they can. Further I didn't know ATR is operating many international flights so I feel bad for you guys being deprived of the allowances.
Loss for the junior Lot? Try figuring out how much the juniors will be offered by other airlines in Pak.

Oooohhhhlala I can feel the heat. .so are pilots in Shaheen,Emirates,Qatar,Saudia,Ettihad,Biman and Air India are also ripping their airlines off?? A pay raise after 3 years and still some people can't take it.Jealous!!! After all we fly 90 plus hours a month unlike others where there are 10 people to do a job of one person and that even they can't do it properly...Get a life Mate and be happy at others happiness Allah will surely grant u more then u deserve
