considering flights from Faisalabad and Sialkot for specific destinations, Lahore must have been effected :-k

I think we can assume a positive effect because Lahore airport at 12 a.m time everyday is severely crowded, nonetheless, Lahore will continue to get almost same loads. Beyond our imagination are so many passengers daily flying out of Pakistan.

^ I agree. Initiation of more international flights from airports of Multan, Sialkot and Faisalabad will help in reducing burden on overcrowded Lahore Airport including its car park.

although Lahore traffic is increasing though my question is for specific destinations such as Faisalabad serving Jeddah & Medina as well as other stations so the traffic must have been effected at Lahore for these same destinations.

similarly for Sialkot connecting Kuwait or other destinations which were earlier served through Lahore will now have distributed pax loads as well due to direct service available from these regional stations.

^ specific destination will have distributed load? yes... but in general air travel is increasing and Lahore is one of the main airports in Pakistan

I don't think you will see any less crowd at Lahore

The problem with Lahore is that it is very poorly designed in terms of processing large amounts of passengers

It is the distribution of the pax among airlines because, in my thinking, probably most of the passengers at the end won't that much bother which airline to choose if they find a good ticket, so all-in-all, nothing big change could happen.

What I like is that at least for far-Lahore passengers would be able to choose among nearest cities they have either Multan, Faisalabad, Sialkot etc.

Totally agree, I don't understand what the planners were thinking when they designed and finalized the airport structure before its construction.
