Somon Air to Start Flights Between Dushanbe and Lahore

Tajikistan’s Somon Air (somonair.com) is planning to start twice-a-week flights between Lahore and Dushanbe from May 6, 2016, with Boeing 737-300 aircraft.

Today, Ambassador of Tajikistan to Pakistan Jononov Sherali informed news media about Somon Air two weekly flights between Dushanbe and Lahore starting from May 6. These flights will help in enhancing tourism and trade between Tajikistan and Pakistan, he said. The aircraft operating these flights will also carry cargo goods. There also is plan to start flights to link Dushanbe with Islamabad and Karachi.
