PIA Increases Share in Domestic and International Sectors

According to PTV News,:

* PIA domestic market flights share increased to 58 percent in the month of March compared to 47 percent in the same period last year.

* PIA international market flights share increased to 27 percent in the month of March compared to 23 in the same time period last year.

* Average number of flights per day in the month of March increased to 121 compared to 94 in same period last year.

* Number of PIA extra Umrah flights increased to 71 in the month of March compared to 27 flghts in same period last year.

* Number of PIA flights increased by 23 percent in the month of March compared to last year.

* PIA carried 508,453 passengers in the month of March this year compared to 414,392 passengers carried last year in same period.

Let's hope it stays this way, and PIA continues to grow. Congrats PIA

It must be particularly difficult gaining when the ME3 and private airlines are eating away PIA's share.
