I am not encouraging your mother or sister to work as Air Hostess either. The thing is that you have no right to call most of the forum members as hypocrites. When you are addressing wider list of people you should be careful for what you saying, you can't generalize thoughts and call most of them hypocrites.

In this day and age, marriage (or a relationship if you are in west) does not stop you from being a professional. Also there is no need to ask if someone would like their X, Y or Z to be in that particular role or not? Choosing careers is one's personal choice. There are many highly respected professions that I would not like to do either and that being a personal choice not because professions are bad.
We all need to be a bit more tolerant.

Cowboy, you need to be respectful to others and exercise some tolerance. Nobody is enforcing you to adapt to their lifestyles or choices, and I think neither should you. And kindly keep religion out of this.

No sir, You didn't kept it simple. You bought family members in this discussion and now you should expect it for your's family members to be mention in same way, no exception, may be your mother is hostess and she did narrate to you bad experiences with rude and unreasonable passengers. Also, I **didn't** ask for any body's wife to serve as an AirHostess. If there is any Air hostess she is also daughter/sister of some one too. So if profession is bad for some unmarried women, it is equally bad for married one as well, or if it is good for married women then it is equally good for unmarried women as well, being married or non married is just her personal thing and corporation or employer should have nothing to do with it.
