PIA has no money for fuel
Its 329 seaters are carrying 200 passengers.
Its losing 300 million dollars a year.
How do you expect the board of directors to implement a new livery.
I think the urgent goal is to survive and stop the bleeding.
What cares what the plane is painted like if there is no one sitting in it.
