Sorry to disappoint you guys but this logo is a copy of DONGHAI AIRLINES of China. Even the livery designed by one of a friend above is almost similar to their livery. Zra sochye?? [-X [-X :-k

I disagree. There does look like there might be some similarity in the sense that both logos have a bird soaring from bottom right towards upper left and that both "birds" are formed from lines - granted. However the view of the "bird" is more frontal with serene than Donghai which is more of a side view. The colour schemes are also different (sky blue vs. rainbow), and Serene Air uses it's name text style in a way different to Donghai (both words being coloured and of different styles as opposed to black upper case). Also, when looking at the linage of both logos, Serene's lines start thinner in the middle of the bird, but thicken to the end. This is opposed to Donghai, which have lines with thin ends and a thinker centre.

Yes there might be some similarities, but this can easily be taken as either co-incidence or perhaps a bit of design influence, but then again there are plenty of airlines with birds in their logos. I'm not taking sides about copyright or company legitimacy or anything, it's just that I think it's a pretty hefty claim to say it's a direct copy.

DONGHAI AIRLINES Logo and Serene Air may appear to be similar in ways but ,the color tones make them their meaning differ , depends on the designer who ever designed the two respective logos what was their thought , serene air though used same color in text and logo , DONGHAI AIRLINES choose variety, as far as the conceptual livery i made its a coincidence as i made 2 liveries but wasn't satisfied with 1st so i added bit of color :) p.S many airlines face similar in design Gulf air And shaheen in a was look similar :) so u may be right in noticing they appear same but i think it may not be a copy :)

This was the 1st

thats the 2nd

Any idea on which aircraft type they'll be operating? The B737 most probably?

email address is misspelled in the advertisement

@senereair.com supposed to be @sereneair.com

btw, if they are starting operations with B737 Next Gen then i think they should mention (Next Gen) in the advertisement :-k
