According to newspaper reports:

The aircraft was chartered by Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL).

It was carrying 18 passengers and 3 crew members for flight from Karachi to Sui via Sukkur.

The aircraft met accident soon after takeoff around 8:24 AM. It attained height of 20 to 25 feet before hitting runway.

The aircraft was removed from runway at 1:15 PM and runway was reopened for flight operations around 1:32 PM.

During aircraft recovery operation, nose and left main landing gear was lowered but right main landing gear could not be lowered. So, a trolley was placed under right side of the aircraft to move it away from the runway.

Three passengers received minor injuries. All others remained safe.

It's nothing short of a miracle that everyone is safe. It could have turned out real ugly incident. Specially on take off I assume the airplane had plenty of fuel on board and thank God that there was no fire. I am bit confused with the landing done on retracted gears. What is the normal height at which gears are usually retracted for this type of aircraft? If both engine failed immediately after take off (which is rare anyway) the plane would still have landing gears down wouldn't it?

The standard procedure to raise the gear up is when you no longer see the runway ahead of you

Correct me if I'm wrong

Its not related to aircraft altitude but depends on POSITIVE RATE of climb or V2 callout

Does anyone know what happened to AP-BII? Was the aircraft repaired after the accident?

What about one of the injured pilot. The poor guy's backbone was fractured, the report says. I hope he has recovered.

Apparently aircraft engine was examined in Brisbane, Australia.

Information on Australian Transport Safety Bureau (ATSB) website:
The Safety Investigation Board (SIB) of the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority is investigating an engine failure and runway excursion involving a Beechcraft 1900D aircraft, registered AP-BII that occurred on 18 March 2016. On 4 August 2016, the SIB requested the appointment of an ATSB investigator as accredited representative to the SIB investigation in accordance with clause 5.23 of Annex 13 to the Convention on International Civil Aviation Aircraft Accident and Incident Investigation.

The SIB requested the ATSB accredited representative to oversight a technical examination of the aircraft’s engine at a maintenance facility in Brisbane, Queensland. To facilitate this support, the ATSB initiated an investigation under the Australian Transport Safety Investigation Act 2003.

On 6 January 2017, the SIB advised the ATSB that, as all investigation work within Australia had now been completed, ATSB assistance was no longer required.
