Most likely under Pakistan's National Aviation Policy, Pakistan Airways will be allowed to operate international flights after completing one year of successful flight operations on domestic routes.
Probably PIA employees will be invited to join the new airline. Possibility of transferring some of PIA aircraft to Pakistan Airways I think cannot be ruled out. Or maybe government will arrange dry leased / wet leased aircraft for the airline.

I am glad that they won't allow any union members to join this new airline.
Well played by the government of Pakistan, very well played.

Does it means the brand "PIA" declared beyond repair?

Doesn't make sense, Injecting 50 Million USD, Getting Wet lease Aircraft, And will only operate Domestic for a year, I Smell something fishy here...
I have a feeling NS Govt time is over very soon, Sooner then 2018 for sure...
You have the money to start a New Airline but can't inject that money into PIA & Re-Brand the Airline, Improve Marketing, Lay off excessive employees, Induct More Aircraft...

Perhaps the two A320s due for delivery to PIA as AP-BLX and AP-BMA can now be delivered to Pakistan Airways?

Re: Airline Named Pakistan Airways Limited Registered at SECP
Is this by any change a strategy to fly all those profit making domestic routes for one year by bringing in AP-BMA and AP-BLX and some more aircraft for a period of one year and then merging PIA and all of it's fleet into "Pakistan Airways" and fly all the profit making international routes PIA has been flying and escaping all the loans PIA has to return and the losses it has made?
