Probably aircraft not allowed to enter Kuwait from Iranian air space by Kuwaiti authorities but allowed to enter Iranian air space from Kuwait by Iranian authorities?

If you just follow Thai 346 right now then you would notice that it is going towards Molta and then onwards to Karachi. Whereas normally Thai turns right if it takes off from 36R .
It is now turning left and setting course for Bangkok.
Can't seem to figure out the reason for this.

Not only with Kuwait bound PIA flight, but i have noticed the route of PIA289 to Bahrain dated 28 Jan also having similar path (different from previous path), from Karachi FIR, entering in Muscat FIR (avoiding Tehran FIR) and then continuing to Emirates FIR and finally Bahrain FIR
seems some route restrictions from Iran or airspace closure for temp basis?
