Bhoja Airline Boeing 737-236(A) very loud Take Off

It everyday operates flight Dream bird 1101 and Dream 1102 from and to Karachi.
Still unable to figure out that what is the prupose for this daily flight.

I like the call sign Dream Bird

Secondly I think it is important to mention this here that this aircraft has some pressurization issues too because its cruising level is 280 always and a week ago the pilot informed Lahore control that it is having some issues with pressurization. But then after a while the pilot reported everything normal and was finally given level 280 for cruise.

Flying at or below Flight level 280 means that the particular aircraft is not RVSM compliant.... Which is from FL 290 to FL 410..
